Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Except as expressly provided in Section 2 below, all sales are final. We strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery, we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must strictly comply with the following conditions:

  • Notification Period: You must notify our customer service team within 7 days after the day you received the item. Any requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained.

  • Proof of Damage: You must provide your order number, along with clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage, via our official email at marketing@skinvertexgroup.com or WhatsApp at +85293828495.

  • Condition of Item: The damaged product must be kept in its original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and accessories) until we advise on the next steps.

3. Replacement Process

Once we receive your notification and verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product to be delivered to you at no additional shipping cost.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If the identical product is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you the choice of an exchange for an item of equal value, store credit, or a full refund.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions, which are natural characteristics of beauty device products and do not constitute defects.

5. Governing Law

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Skin Vertex Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Skin Vertex Group shall be final.

 

退換貨政策

  • 通知期限: 您必須在收到貨品當日起計的 7天內 通知我們的客戶服務團隊。逾期(收貨後超過7天)提出的任何申請將不予受理。

  • 損壞證明: 您必須透過我們的官方電郵 marketing@skinvertexgroup.com或 WhatsApp+85293828495.,提供您的訂單編號,以及顯示貨品缺陷或損壞的清晰照片和/或影片。

  • 貨品狀態: 損壞的產品必須連同原包裝(包括所有標籤、包裝盒和配件)妥善保留,直至我們通知下一步安排。

3. 更換流程

在收到您的通知並確認貨品損壞後,我們將為您安排免費重新配送同款產品作更換。

  • 缺貨情況: 如果同款產品已售罄或停產,我們將為您提供更換同等價值貨品、發放購物金(Store Credit)或安排全額退款的選擇。

4. 限制與免責條款

以下情況不適用於此政策:

  • 因不當使用、疏忽、濫用或在簽收後造成的正常磨損。

  • 顏色、紋理或尺寸的細微偏差(此屬家居電子產品的自然特性,不屬於產品質量問題)。

5. 管轄法律

本退換貨政策受香港特別行政區(香港特區)法律管轄,並按其詮釋。

Skin Vertex Group  保留隨時修改上述條款及細則的權利,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,Skin Vertex Group 保留最終決定權。
