1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

• In-Stock Items: Unless an item is explicitly marked as a "Pre-Order", all in-stock items will be dispatched via a local courier service within 1 to 3 working days after your payment is successfully confirmed.

• Pre-Order Items: Items marked as pre-orders will be shipped according to the estimated delivery timeline stated on the respective product page.

• Note: Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.

2. Out-of-Stock Situations

We do our best to keep our inventory accurate. However, if an item you ordered happens to be out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the expected restock date or delivery schedule.

3. Local Delivery Method

• All orders are shipped using reliable local courier companies (e.g., SF Express or equivalent) to ensure secure delivery to your doorstep or designated pickup points.

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number (if applicable) will be updated or sent to you so you can monitor the delivery status.

• 預訂商品： 標明為預訂貨的商品，將根據商品頁面上註明的預計到貨時間安排寄出。

• 註：工作天為星期一至五，不包括星期六、星期日及香港公眾假期。

2. 缺貨處理

我們致力確保網頁庫存準確。惟如遇貨品缺貨，我們將會發出電郵通知您，並告知您預計的補貨日期或最新出貨安排。

3. 本地速遞安排

• 所有訂單均經由可靠的本地速遞公司（如順豐速運或同等物流公司）寄出，以確保貨品安全送達您的指定地址或自提點。

• 貨品寄出後，我們將更新或向您提供物流追蹤號碼（如適用），以便您隨時查閱配送進度。
